Arr Essbhog

Out here in Kavi Nagar Industrial Area, things are pretty straightforward. Our spot is E-218 in Sector 17, and if you come by, you’ll see we don’t put on any airs. It’s a functional space where we handle the daily business of Arr Essbhog. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re usually too busy with the actual work to worry about that. There’s always a truck backing in or pulling out, and the sound of the loading bay is the soundtrack to our lives. We deal with food items, so cleanliness is the main thing we focus on, even if the office part looks a bit cluttered with paperwork and old ledgers. The summer heat in the shed can be brutal, but we’ve got some fans going. We don’t spend money on marketing or fancy signs. People find us because we’ve been here and they know what we do. Our staff are mostly local folks who’ve been with us since the start. We have a small kettle in the corner for tea, and that’s about as fancy as it gets. It’s a grit-and-sweat kind of place. We don’t have a PR department or anything like that. Just a bunch of workers making sure the product is right and the numbers add up. It’s a plain life, but we like the routine of the industrial area.
