Sajawat Tent Caterers

We’ve been running Sajawat Tent Caterers for quite some time now over in Vaishali Sadhna. Our spot is at 2 B 5 in Indirapuram, and if you’ve lived around here for a while, you probably know the area well. It’s always a bit of a rush when wedding season starts. We spend a lot of our mornings checking the fabric for the tents and making sure the poles aren't getting too worn out from all the use. The catering side keeps us on our feet too. There's always a lot of chopping and prep work happening in the back area. Sometimes the weather doesn't play nice, and we have to move fast to get everything covered up, but that’s just how it goes in this line of work. We aren't a big fancy operation with a huge office staff or anything. It’s mostly just us and a few workers who’ve been with us for years. We keep our supplies stored right here. People usually just walk in when they need something for a family function or a small gathering in the neighborhood. It’s a lot of physical labor, carrying heavy tables and setting up lights late into the evening. We don't really do much advertising because most people just find us by walking past the shop or hearing about us from a neighbor. It’s a simple setup we have here. We just focus on getting the tents up straight and making sure the food is ready on time.
