Novy Nest

If you head down Pnb Road in Vaishali Sector 3, you’ll find us at 3A / 313 A. Novy Nest isn't a huge place, but it's where we spend most of our time. Ghaziabad can be pretty hectic with all the traffic, so being tucked away here is actually quite nice. We work on things related to homes and living spaces, but we don't try to make it sound more complicated than it is. It's basically about helping people find a place to stay or getting their current place sorted out. We have a few desks, some chairs that have seen better days, and a lot of folders. The neighborhood is busy, so there’s always something happening outside the window. We get a lot of locals dropping in just to ask a quick question. We don't mind. It's better than just talking on the phone all day. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the corner desk, but we get through it eventually. We’ve been in this spot for a bit now and we’ve gotten to know the shopkeepers nearby. It feels like a real community. We don't have any big slogans or fancy uniforms. We just show up, do the work, and go home to our own families. It's a simple setup. Every day is a bit different, depending on who walks through the door or what the housing market is doing that week. We just try to be helpful without making a big fuss about it. The kettle is usually on if someone wants a cup of tea while they wait.
