Narsena Organic Farmer Producer Company Limited

We are located in Narsena, which falls under the Uchagaon block in the Siyana tehsil. It’s a rural part of Bulandshahr, not too far from Anupshahr if you are driving that way. Narsena Organic Farmer Producer Company Limited was started by people who actually live and farm in this specific area. We don't have a fancy office building or a corporate park; we mostly work out of a small space right here in the village where people can reach us. Most of our day is spent talking to the local growers and checking on the crops in the nearby fields to see how they are doing. It’s a very hands-on job that keeps us on our feet. We deal with organic farming because we saw how the old ways were better for the land and the health of the people. Being in Narsena, we are right in the middle of the farming community, which is exactly where we want to be. We don't use big words or have long corporate meetings. It's usually just us sitting on some chairs, discussing the price of seeds or the upcoming weather changes. It takes a lot of effort to keep a producer company running with all the government rules there are now. We do our own paperwork and handle the hauling when we have to. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but it feels good to be doing something for our own village.
