Microshine Products

Microshine Products operates out of 176, Shakti Khand 1 in Indirapuram. It’s a bit of a residential area, so it’s quieter than a main industrial hub. We have our setup here where we handle the various products we deal with. It’s not a huge operation, but we stay busy. Usually, the morning starts with checking the inventory and seeing what needs to go out. We use a couple of the rooms for storage and one for the office work. It gets a bit tight when a new shipment arrives, but we make it work. Indirapuram has grown a lot, and being in Shakti Khand 1 is convenient for us. We don't have a big staff, just a few people who know the ropes. We aren't big on meetings or long presentations. Most of our communication is just shouting across the hall or a quick note left on a desk. The focus is really just on the products themselves. We spend a lot of time checking quality and making sure everything is packed correctly. It's honest work and it keeps us occupied. Sometimes the neighbors come by to chat, which is nice. We like the local feel of the place. It doesn't feel like a cold office building. We just do our thing at number 176 and try to keep our customers satisfied without making a big scene about it. We’ve been here for a while and don't plan on moving anytime soon. It’s home.
