We are tucked away at 20 21 Dhanpat Colony in Takia Pasonda. It’s a quiet residential area for the most part, which is nice when we need to focus. Our office is basically a few rooms filled with computers and a lot of export documents. You won’t see any big signs or flashing lights outside. If you didn't know we were here, you might just walk right past us. We deal with people from all over, but our daily life is very local. We go to the same small shops for lunch and know the people living in the houses next door. Sometimes the internet is slow, which is frustrating when you’re trying to send emails overseas, but we manage. There are always stacks of samples lying around on the tables. It’s not very organized in a corporate sense, but we know where everything is. The staff is small, just a handful of us who have worked together for years. We don't have meetings about things like culture or growth. We just look at the orders and try to get them shipped out without any mistakes. It’s a simple setup. Some days are slow and we sit around talking about the news, and other days we are running around until dark. It’s just how it goes in a small colony office like this. We don't need much more than our desks and a good connection to the port.
