Jaiprakash Tent House

Jaiprakash Tent House is located near Delhi Gate 2 in the Rajendra Nagar area. We spend most of our time moving heavy poles, folded tents, and stacks of chairs. It’s physical work and your hands get rough after a few years of doing it. The warehouse space at Rogan Gran is usually full of fabric and metal frames. When a big event comes up, we’re out there in the heat or the cold, setting everything up. Sometimes the ground is uneven or the wind makes it hard to get the fabric straight, but we figure it out. We’ve got a couple of old trucks that we use to haul everything around. They aren't the newest, but they get the job done. We don't have a fancy website or a glossy brochure. Usually, people just stop by the shop or call us because they saw our name on a tent at a wedding nearby. We try to keep the linens clean, though they get stained sometimes and we have to scrub them hard. It’s a simple business. My brother and I handle most of the bookings. We don't talk much about "customer journeys," we just make sure the tent is up before the guests arrive and take it down when the party is over. It’s a lot of lifting and loading every single day. The work is tiring but it keeps us going. We’ve been at Delhi Gate for years and plan to stay here for many more.
