Our unit, J D Polymer, is situated in the Tronica City industrial area, specifically at A/196 in Sector A/4 of Loni. It’s a proper industrial setting with a lot of heat and the sound of machines running all day long. We manufacture various polymer-based products. The floor is usually covered with raw materials and the smell of processing plastic is something you get used to after a week. We aren't a big corporation with departments; it’s more of a hands-on operation. I’m usually on the floor checking the molds or seeing if the output is coming out right. We have a small team of workers who know the machines inside out. Loni is a busy hub for this kind of work, and being in Tronica City makes it easier for the trucks to get in and out with the finished goods. The office is just a small corner with a desk and a few chairs where we handle the bills. We don't spend money on marketing or fancy brochures. Most of our work comes from people who have known us in the industry for years. It’s a long day, starting early to get the machines warmed up and ending when the daily quota is met. It’s just honest manufacturing work. We deal with the power cuts and machine repairs as they come. Sometimes the raw material prices fluctuate and we have to adjust our plans, but we keep the production moving regardless.
