Hong Kong Indian & Chinese Restaurant

Being located at Plot No C-76 in Sahibabad, we see a lot of people passing through this part of Ghaziabad. We are right near the M4u Picture Hall, so when a movie ends, things usually get quite loud around here. We decided to do both Indian and Chinese food because that is what people ask for most in Rajendra Nagar. It keeps us busy trying to manage two different styles of cooking in one small kitchen. Sometimes the smells of spices and soy sauce all mix together. We aren't trying to be the most expensive place in Sector-5, we just want to be reliable. The staff has been with us for a while, and we all know how the stove acts up on rainy days. 201005 is a busy area with a lot of shops and traffic, so there is always noise outside. We spend our mornings getting the vegetables from the market and making sure the tandoor is hot. It’s a lot of hard work and our hands are usually stained with something or other. We don't have a big marketing plan, we just open the doors and see who comes in. If the chairs aren't perfectly straight, it's because we were too busy serving. It is just a regular shop where we try to make things work every single day.
