This specific branch of Vdh Organics Pvt. Ltd. is also located in the Meerut Road Industrial Area, but we are over in Sector 22, Guldhar. It’s a bit different from the other industrial blocks nearby. The layout here is a bit more open, but it’s still very much a place for hard work, not for show. We handle the organic side of things here too, focusing on different batches and specific processing needs for our clients. The morning usually starts with a lot of heavy lifting. We have to move stuff around to make space for the new deliveries that arrive on the trucks. The floor is made of thick concrete and stays relatively cool even when it’s boiling hot outside, which is nice for us. We don't have many visitors, mostly just the delivery drivers and our regular suppliers. Our office is a small room with one window that looks out onto the busy street. We spend most of our time out on the floor anyway. There’s a tea stall just around the corner where we all go at four o'clock for a quick break. It’s the same group of us every single day. We don't talk about big things like "innovation" or "excellence." We just talk about fixing the broken pallet jack or how the weather is changing. Sector 22 is a busy place, and there’s always someone loading or unloading something nearby. It’s just a standard work life here in Guldhar. We do our job and go home.
