Florida Platter Restaurant

We have been at C-96 & 97 in the Raj Nagar District Centre for a while now. Being so close to the collectorate court means things get pretty busy around lunchtime when all the lawyers and people with appointments come by. Ghaziabad can get really hot in the summer, so we spend a lot of time making sure the air conditioning is actually working like it should. Usually, one of us is here early to check the stock and make sure the tables are wiped down properly. The Raj Nagar area has changed a lot over the years, with more buildings coming up, but we’re still right here near the court. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular spot where people come to eat when they’re in this part of town. Sometimes the traffic outside gets loud, especially with all the bikes and cars trying to find parking in the district centre, but you get used to it after a few weeks. We mostly just focus on getting through the day and making sure the kitchen is clean before we head home. The sign outside sometimes gets dusty because of the road work nearby, but we try to keep it looking decent. It’s a lot of work running a place like this in Ghaziabad, but it keeps us busy. Most of our regulars are just people working in the nearby offices who want a quick break from their desks. We don't really do much else besides that.
