We’ve got this small shop, number 28, over in Nipun Plaza. If you know Vaishali Sector 4, we’re right across from the Ratan Jyoti Apartment building. It’s a pretty standard spot in Ghaziabad where people come for a meal. We focus on local Indian dishes that most people are used to eating every day. It’s not a very big space, so it can get a little tight during the dinner rush when everyone comes home from work. We spend most of our time in the back getting things ready. The area around Plot Number 1 is always bustling with cars and people moving around. Sometimes the traffic out front is a bit much, but that’s just how it is in this neighborhood. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the shops around us change quite a bit. We don't have a big corporate team or anything like that, just a few of us making sure things are clean and the food is out on time. People usually just drop in while they’re running errands or if they live nearby and don’t feel like cooking at home. We keep the doors open late enough for the evening crowd. It’s just a normal place to eat, nothing too complicated about it. We just try to do our job and keep the place running day to day without overthinking things too much.
