Dragon Noodles

Dragon Noodles is tucked away on the ground floor of Gaur Gravity Heights. We are in Vaishali Sector 4, which is a pretty active part of Ghaziabad. We took shop number 17 because we liked the building. It’s a simple setup where we cook noodles and other stuff. We don't have a lot of space for sitting, so many people just take their food home. The building has other shops too, so there's always something going on. We start early in the morning getting things prepped. Vaishali is full of people commuting, and we see them coming and going all day. We aren't some big chain restaurant. It’s just a small shop run by local folks. The kitchen can get pretty hot in the summer, but we keep going. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just make food that we’d eat ourselves. Some days are slower than others, but that’s just how business is. You can find us easily if you know the Gaur Gravity building. It’s a well-known spot in Sector 4. We’ve been here long enough that the neighbors know us. It’s just a practical place to get a meal without any drama. We like being part of the local community here in Ghaziabad. Our staff is small, usually just two or three of us doing everything from cooking to handing out the bags to customers.
