Deshbandhu Bhojnalya

We are located at Shop Number 4 in Vaishali Sector 5, Ghaziabad. We are right in the GDA Market area. It is a very normal, local market where people come to buy their daily groceries or get things fixed. Deshbandhu Bhojnalya has been here for a while now. We serve the people who live in the apartments around here and the workers in the market. It is a small shop, not much room to move around, but we make it work. We aren't a restaurant in the way people think of big fancy places. We are a bhojnalya. That means we make simple, home-style food for people who want something real for lunch or dinner. We don't have a big menu with fifty different items. We just make a few things every day and when they are gone, they are gone. The market can be very loud and crowded, especially in the evenings when everyone is getting home. We see a lot of the same faces every single day. It’s a good community to be a part of. Ghaziabad is a busy city and everyone is always in a rush. We try to get the food out fast so people can get back to their jobs or their families. We don't use fancy spices, just the normal stuff we use at our own home. It’s just us doing our best here in Sector 5.
