Delhi Diner

Delhi Diner is located inside the Pacific Mall at the Sahibabad Industrial Area. Specifically, we’re part of the Clarks Inn setup on Dr Burman Road. Being right across from the ISBT Anand Vihar means there is never a quiet moment. The mall is always buzzing with people, and the industrial area around us has its own heavy rhythm. We see a lot of travelers who have just gotten off the bus or people working in the nearby factories. Ghaziabad can be a tough, dusty place, but inside the mall, it’s a bit different. We handle the meals for the hotel guests and the walk-ins who are just shopping or passing through. The address 201010 is easy enough to find because the mall is so big. We spend our shifts making sure the tables are set and the kitchen is ready for the rush. It’s a lot of work keeping things running in such a high-traffic spot. You hear the announcements from the mall and the traffic from the main road all day. It’s a very urban setting, nothing fancy or secluded. We just provide a place for people to sit down and eat when they’re tired of traveling or working. We don't have a big philosophy; we just show up, do the work, and make sure the food is ready when the orders come in. Some days the mall is cooler than others, but we stay busy regardless of the weather. It is a practical spot for a quick meal when you are stuck in the industrial area.
