Chicken court

Chicken court is a small shop over on Hapud Road in Ghaziabad. We are at Shop number 3, which is quite close to the ALT center. If you know the area, you know that Hapud Road is always packed with traffic and people moving between different parts of the city. We have been here for a while and have seen the area change quite a bit. Being near ALT means we get a lot of people who are there for training or work. It is a straightforward little spot. We don't have a big team or anything, just a couple of us handling the orders and the cooking. The space isn't huge, so it feels a bit tight when it gets crowded, but we make it work. We aren't trying to be a big chain or anything like that. It is just a local business where we try to do a decent job every day. Most of the time, we are just busy in the kitchen or cleaning up the tables. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. It is just food for people who are hungry and happen to be on Hapud Road. We stay open until late evening and then head home like everyone else. There is no corporate polish here, just us working in a shop near the center and keeping things as simple as possible.
