Chawla Tandoori Junction

We are set up at Shop Number B & C in Indirapuram. It’s right across from Shipra Mall, specifically in the Krishna Apra Food Court. Ghaziabad - 201014 is a fast-growing place, and this area gets very busy, especially on weekends when everyone is out at the mall. Our main thing is the tandoor. It stays hot all day long. You can smell the charcoal and the smoke when you walk by. It’s not a quiet place because of the food court setting. There’s always music playing or people talking loudly, but we like the energy. We have a small team here. Most of us have been working together for a bit. We don’t have a fancy office or anything. Our day is spent in the kitchen or at the counter taking orders. The space isn’t huge, but we make it work. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when the dinner rush hits and everyone wants their rotis and snacks at the exact same time. We just handle it one order at a time. Being opposite Shipra Mall means we get a lot of shoppers who are tired and hungry. We try to get them their food quickly so they can sit down and take a break. It’s a practical business. We don’t put on any acts. We’re just here in Indirapuram doing our job and keeping the tandoor running for whoever stops by.
