Bharat Intirio Corporation

I’m sitting here at Bharat Intirio Corporation on Meerut Road, just in B Block. It’s a busy spot. Most days are spent looking at designs or talking to the guys about how a cabinet is coming along. We’ve been at 279 for a while now. The traffic outside is always loud but we get used to it after a few years. Sometimes the sawdust gets everywhere when we are working on a new piece of furniture in the back. It’s just how it is. My desk is usually covered in papers and sketches that aren’t very tidy, and I often lose my pencil under a stack of wood samples. People stop by to ask about their homes or just to see what we are making that week. We keep things pretty simple here. It’s not a fancy showroom like the ones in the big city center, but we have what we need to get the job done. Meerut Road has a lot of energy and we like being part of it. Some mornings start with tea and a quick look at the wood we just got in. Every piece is different, and that’s the part I like most. Sometimes a project takes longer than we thought because a door doesn't hang quite right, so we fix it until it does. We don’t do big speeches or fancy posters. We just show up at the shop and get to work on whatever is on the list for that day.
