We've been at No. 14, Safal Vihan for a while now. It's a quiet spot near Aklavya School in Sanathal, just off that busy 100 Feet Ring Road. Mostly we spend our days sorting through different food ingredients. It’s not a fancy office, just where we keep things moving. The mornings get a bit loud with the school traffic, but usually it’s just us doing the paperwork and checking the stocks. Some people find the turn-off from the ring road a bit tricky if they aren't looking closely. We handle the usual stuff that goes into food production. There are a few of us here making sure the orders go out to where they need to go. We’ve seen the area change quite a bit lately. It used to be much quieter before all the new construction started popping up. Now there’s more dust and more trucks. Inside the building, things stay pretty organized because we have to keep track of everything. It's a simple setup. We don't have a showroom or anything like that. People just come here for the specific ingredients they need for their own cooking or businesses. We drink a lot of tea while we work. The rainy season makes the road a bit messy, but we manage. If you’re coming from the school side, you’ll see our sign eventually. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing every day. That’s how it is here in Sanathal.
