If you know Ernakulam at all, you know this part of Edappally can get quite lively. We’ve been here for some time now, working on various development jobs. It’s a local operation, and we like it that way. Most of the time, the office is full of blueprints and the sound of people talking over the local radio. We don’t have a receptionist or anything like that. If you walk in, you’ll just see us working at our desks or heading out to a site nearby. Ernakulam is always growing, so there is usually plenty to keep us busy. We don't bother with polished presentations or trying to sound like a big city firm. We just focus on the technical side of the building and making sure the materials are good quality. The rainy season can be a bit of a pain for the outdoor work, but we manage. We’ve lived in Kerala our whole lives, so we know the ground here well. It is a straightforward business, really. We just show up, do the work, and try to keep everything on track. Some days are longer than others, but that’s just the nature of construction and development in a place like this. We appreciate the neighbors and the easy access to the main road from our little spot in Sivasailam.
