We are located at No-22 in Perumbavoor. A good landmark for finding us is the Jamia Hassania Public School, which is quite close by. Perumbavoor is a busy place, and our little office sits right in the middle of all the activity. We handle various real estate and associate work from this spot. It’s a simple setup with just the basic furniture and a lot of paperwork. During the day, you can hear the school bells and the kids playing outside. We have been here long enough that most of the neighbors know who we are. Big advertisements aren't really our thing. Most people hear about us from someone else in town. Because the office isn't very big, it just fits the basic needs for the meetings we have. A lot of our time is spent on the phone or driving around to see different sites in the area. Checking documents and talking to owners takes up a lot of manual effort. Perumbavoor has changed quite a bit over the years, with new buildings going up where there used to be empty land. Keeping on top of the local market is what we try to do. It’s a straightforward business. Every morning we open the shutters and see who walks in. Some days are packed, and other times it is just us and the local tea seller coming by. We really like the local feel of the neighborhood around No-22 and the regular people who live here.
