You can find us at 40/88 on the ground floor along Mahatma Gandhi Road. Being in Ernakulam, things are always moving fast. Bala Estates is just a small office in the middle of all that noise. We handle a lot of different things here, mostly helping people find flats or office spaces in the city. MG Road is a busy place, so we get a lot of walk-ins. Some people are just curious, others are looking to move their whole business. We don’t have a lot of staff. Usually, it’s just one or two of us at the desk. We spend a lot of time dealing with the paperwork that comes with real estate in Kerala. It can be a bit of a headache, but we’re used to it. We know the landlords around here and which buildings have good maintenance. We don’t use flashy talk. We just tell you what the rent is and what the terms are. If you like it, we move forward. If not, we look for something else. It’s a practical way to run a business. We like being on the ground floor because it’s easy for people to just step inside and chat.
