Our place is located at 10 M 127 in Changampuzha Nagar, over in South Kalamassery. Chathamkulam Projects & Developers Pvt. Ltd. might sound like a long name, but we’re just a regular group of folks working in development. We’ve been at this address for a while now and we’ve gotten to know the neighbors pretty well. The office is usually a bit of a mess with papers and maps everywhere, but that’s just how we work. We aren't into the whole corporate image thing. We’d rather spend our time making sure a project is actually moving forward. Kalamassery is a busy area, so there’s always something going on outside our windows. We try to stay focused on the tasks at hand. Some days are long, especially when we’re trying to get a permit through or finishing up a site. We don't use any fancy sales talk because we don’t think it’s necessary. We just tell people what we can do and then we go out and do it. It’s a straightforward approach that seems to work fine. Most of us grew up around here, so we care about what happens in the community. We aren't some big firm from out of town. We’re just local people trying to make a living and build some decent stuff. It’s not always perfect, but we put in the effort every single day. We are just here doing our bit.
