Divine Real Estate & Developers Pvt. Ltd. is based in Kakkanad. Our office is at 11/735-C on Kunnumpuram Road, right near the Civil Station. It’s a good location because it’s easy for people to find us when they’re in that part of town. Kakkanad is a hub of activity, and being near the Civil Station means there’s always something going on. We do a mix of real estate and development work. Some days we are looking at pieces of land, and other days we are in the office dealing with the legal side of things. It’s a small but dedicated group here. We’ve worked on a few different projects in the area. It’s a good feeling to see a building actually go up. The road outside can get a bit muddy when it rains, which happens quite a bit around here. We usually have a pile of umbrellas by the door. Our office is filled with maps and site plans. It’s a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. We don’t try to act like a big firm. We are just local developers who know the soil and the regulations in this part of the state. We take things one project at a time and try to do a solid job for the people we work with. It's hard work, but we find it rewarding.
