Our office is located at R.V. House on Tata Oil Mills Road. It's quite close to the Power House near M G Road, which makes it easy to find if you know the area. We have been operating out of this spot in Kochi for some time now. It’s an old-school kind of setup, nothing too flashy or modern. We deal with building stuff and technical things mostly. The team here is small but we know our way around the work. Usually, you’ll find one or two of us at the desk while others are out on site. M G Road is always crowded, so we appreciate being tucked away a bit on this side road. It gets noisy outside with the traffic, but inside we just focus on getting through the paperwork and planning. We didn't start this to become some giant corporation. It was just a way to bring our skills together and earn a living. The building is a bit older, but it serves us well. Sometimes the rain causes a bit of trouble on the road outside, but we manage to stay open. If you’re coming from the Power House side, just look for our sign. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. We just talk to people who need help with their projects. It’s straightforward work. We like being part of the Ernakulam business community. It is a busy life, but we enjoy the routine of it.
