Our office is based in Padamugal, Kakkanad, right near Bharatha Matha College. It’s a good location, though the traffic near the college can get a bit crazy during the day. We are in the business of building and designing homes. We aren't one of those massive construction firms with hundreds of employees. We are a smaller team and we like it that way. Most of our time is spent looking at blueprints or visiting construction sites to make sure the work is being done right. We deal with architects, masons, and electricians every day. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes it’s a bit of a headache when the weather doesn't cooperate. The Kerala rains can really slow things down, but we’ve learned to work around them over the years. Our office is pretty simple. There are always rolls of drawings on the desks and samples of tiles or granite on the floor. We don't use fancy marketing talk to convince people to work with us. We just show them what we’ve built before. We live and work in this community, so we care about the houses we put up. It’s not just about finishing a project; it’s about making sure it’s a place someone can actually live in. We just take one project at a time and try to do it right.
