CIDAC Developers operates from Panampilly Nagar, right on the Concrete Road near the DDRC. This part of Ernakulam is always buzzing with activity, and we are right in the middle of it. Our office is in a building called Raj Krishnas. It’s a decent spot to work from, even if finding a park right in front of the gate is a bit of a challenge some mornings. We spend most of our hours here looking over plans and checking on how things are moving along with our various tasks. The atmosphere inside is mostly quiet, unless we are all talking over each other trying to figure out a problem. We aren't really into the whole corporate culture thing; we just come in, do what’s on the schedule, and head home when it’s done. The neighbors are mostly other small businesses or people living nearby, so it feels like a real community. Sometimes we walk down the road to get some tea or just to stretch our legs after sitting for too long. The office is filled with the usual stuff—desks, computers, and a lot of folders. It’s a bit lived-in, but that’s because we actually spend time here working. We’ve been in this 682036 area for a while, and it feels like the right place for us. Nothing is too formal here, and we prefer it that way so we can just focus on the job. We keep things moving and try to stay productive throughout the day.
