Wingsland Builders & Developers Llp. Our office is located in Room No. 8/617, which you will find on the second floor of Pappini Mall. It is right at Jaseela Junction. If you know the Rajiv Gandhi Bypass Road, then you know exactly where we are. It is usually pretty busy outside with all the cars and bikes going past on the bypass. We spend most of our days here working on different building projects. Being on the second floor of the mall, it stays a bit cooler than being right on the street level, which is nice during the hot summer months. Most people know the junction well, so finding us isn’t too hard if you are from around this part of town. We are just a group of people doing our jobs as developers. There is a lot of paper work and planning involved in what we do. Sometimes we are out on construction sites, but most of the time someone is here in the office. The mall has its own rhythm and we are just a small part of it. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It's just a regular workspace where we get things done. If you are ever walking around the second floor near the bypass side, you might see our door. We’ve been here for a while now and we know the other shop owners in the mall quite well. It's a decent place to work from and we like the location. It's home for us.
