You can find us over at the Sreeram Building, which is right on the Sea Port Airport Road in Irumpanam. It’s a very busy road, so there is always a lot of noise from the trucks going past. Whiteway Builders & Developers Private Limited is based out of this office at III/106C. Ernakulam is always growing, so there is never a shortage of stuff to do, but it can be a bit overwhelming with the traffic sometimes. We mostly handle building work for people in the Thripunithura area. It’s just a group of us who have been in the trade for years. We don’t have a flashy reception or anything like that. It’s mostly desks piled with blueprints and samples of tiles or bricks. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to contractors. Sometimes things go wrong, like the rain starting just when we are about to pour concrete, but we just deal with it as it comes. It's a practical business. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Kerala, we just want to finish the projects we have on hand. People stop by the office to talk about their plans, and we just give them a straight answer about what can be done. It’s a lot of hard work and dusty clothes most days. Anyway, that is pretty much who we are and what we do here in Irumpanam. We try to keep it simple and get the jobs finished.
