We've been operating out of the third floor at Giana & Jude Square for a while now. It’s right there by the Padom Bus Stop in Kadavantra, so people usually find us pretty easily if they know the area. Most days, it’s just us sitting around the office, looking over floor plans or talking to people about their building projects. It gets busy, especially when the traffic picks up outside. We aren't a huge team or anything like that. Just a bunch of us trying to get the work done. The office isn't fancy, but it works for what we need. Sometimes the elevator is a bit slow, but we don't mind the stairs much. We handle the usual development stuff that comes with a company like Wayfair Developers Private Limited. It’s mostly about making sure the drawings match what’s happening on the ground. People drop by to ask questions or check on their paperwork. We try to keep things straightforward. No big speeches or complicated talk. We just focus on the site visits and getting the permits sorted out. If you’re ever near the 56/1619 D unit, you’ll probably see us coming in and out. It’s a local spot and we’ve gotten used to the noise from the bus stop. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily grind. It's not always exciting, but it's what we do here in Kochi. We've seen the neighborhood change a bit lately, but our routine stays mostly the same.
