We are located at 10/325 in the Mundeth Mekalady area of Kalady. It is a quiet enough spot compared to the bigger cities, which makes it easier to focus on our project work. Versace Projects sounds like a big name, but we are just regular people working out of a modest office. The building is easy to find if you are familiar with the Kalady post office area. Most of our days are spent coordinating with workers and checking on material deliveries. We don't have a fancy reception desk or a person in a suit waiting at the door. Usually, you’ll find one of us buried under a pile of blueprints or talking on a mobile phone about a site delay. The office has that smell of old paper and ink that you get in places where real work happens. We take our time with the details because that is what matters in this line of work. It is not always easy, especially when the monsoon rains start and everything slows down on the sites. We just deal with the challenges as they come. People around here know us as the local guys who handle project bits and pieces. We don't do much advertising; word of mouth mostly keeps us busy. It is a steady life and we like the community here in Kalady. There is always someone dropping in for a quick chat about a local project or just to say hello.
