Veeyem Kay Promoters Private Limited is situated right across from the Thrikkakara Temple. Our building number is Vi/954 on Pookattupady Road. Being near the temple means there is always something going on nearby, like festivals or just people passing by. We’ve been operating from this spot in Ernakulam for quite some time. We are mostly involved in promoting and developing property. It’s a lot of back-and-forth between different sites and the office. The office itself is pretty plain. We have our desks, some chairs for visitors, and lots of folders stacked up. We don't go in for fancy decorations. We prefer to spend our time making sure the projects are moving. Thrikkakara is a good central spot for us. It makes it easy to reach different parts of Ernakulam without too much trouble. We have a few people working here who have been with us since the start. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years. New buildings going up everywhere. We just play our small part in that process. We don't promise things we can't do. If someone comes in with a plan, we look at it and tell them what we think. It’s a practical way of working. Sometimes the traffic on Pookattupady Road is a bit much, especially in the evenings, but that’s just part of being in this town. We just keep our heads down and focus on the work we have in front of us every day. We usually close up around six in the evening.
