Vardhaki Projects Private Limited is located in Tripunithara. Our office is in the Signature Apartments on Tharlak Road. Specifically, we are at Building No. 39/411-D2, Flat No. 3C. It’s a bit of a residential feel since we are in an apartment building. This works out well for us because it stays relatively quiet for the most part. We work on various projects around the Ernakulam area. Tripunithara has its own charm with the temples and the history. Getting to the office every morning involves navigating some of the smaller roads, but it’s not too bad. Inside, we have a few desks and a lot of project files. We spend a lot of time on our computers and talking to people on the phone. It’s a lot of organizing and making sure things are moving as they should. Sometimes we have meetings right here in the flat. We try to keep things simple and efficient. The team is used to the routine of checking sites and then coming back here to update the records. We’ve been in this spot for a bit and it feels like home now. The neighbors in the building are used to seeing us coming and going with our bags and rolls of drawings. It’s a practical way to run a project office. We don't need much more than a good desk and a reliable internet connection.
