Our office is actually located inside Oberon Mall on the third floor, which is a bit different for a granite company. We are at Door No. 41/418 T. Being on the NH Bypass in Edappally makes it easy for people to find us, even if parking in the mall can be a bit of a headache on the weekends. We handle the administrative side of the granite business from here. While the heavy work happens elsewhere, this is where we talk to customers and manage the books. It’s a small space, and we keep it pretty simple. No big displays or fancy lights, just some desks and samples of the stone. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating deliveries. Edappally is a busy spot, so there is always a lot of energy around the mall. We like being here because it’s central. Most of us take the bus or ride a scooter to get to work. We aren't corporate types; we’re just folks who know a lot about stone. Sometimes we have to explain to people that granite isn't perfect because it’s a natural thing. It has spots and veins that you can’t control. We try to be honest about that. It’s a steady business and we’ve been at this location for a while now. We just come in, do our hours, and make sure the orders are moving along so the customers get what they need.
