Triworld Builders and Developers Private Limited is situated right on the NH47 Bypass in Kochi. Our office is in the Thuruthiyil Building on Geethanjali Road in Vytilla. This is a very busy part of Ernakulam, and being near the bypass means we are always in the middle of the action. You can see the traffic moving all day long from near our building. We have been working in and around Kochi for some time, focusing on different types of building and development projects. It’s a fast-paced environment here compared to some other parts of Kerala, but we’ve grown used to it. The office is where we gather to sort out schedules and meet with people. We don't have a lot of corporate polish; we just talk plainly about what can be done and what it will take to get it finished. Construction in a city like Kochi has its own set of challenges, from the tight spaces to the constant noise, but we just keep pushing forward. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or fancy promises. We just want to get the work done right so we can move on to the next one. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the right people are at the right site at the right time. That’s what our days mostly look like here at Triworld.
