Techland Constructions Private Limited

We've been working out of the second floor at Tharakandam Complex for a while now. It’s right there in Chottanikkara, a spot we know pretty well. Most days you’ll find us busy with some site or another around Ernakulam. Techland Constructions Private Limited started because we wanted to do some solid building work in our own town. It's not a huge fancy operation, just us and the crew getting things done. We handle a lot of the usual stuff people need when they are putting up a house or fixing a commercial space. Sometimes the weather makes things hard, or materials don't show up on time, but we just deal with it as it comes. Usually, someone is at the office if you need to drop by, though we are mostly out in the field. It gets pretty busy around here during the peak season. We know the local roads and how things work in this part of Kerala. It’s a lot of physical work and managing people, which keeps us on our toes. The office isn't anything special, just a place to keep the files and meet up in the mornings. We just try to keep the projects moving forward without too much fuss. People around here know where to find us if they have a project in mind. It's just honest work day in and day out, really. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we absolutely have to.
