You can find Sunset Lands Llp over in Thammanam. We are up on the 6th floor of the Compass Commercial Complex, at Door No. 33/2440H. Being up that high gives us a bit of a view of the city, which is nice when things get busy. Thammanam is a central spot, so it is easy to get to most parts of Kochi from here. The building is a typical commercial block. We have some neighbors who are also in business, so it is a decent enough environment without being too stuffy. We are not the type of people to wear suits every day. Most of us just dress casual and get to work on our tasks. We deal with a lot of land and property matters. It involves a lot of checking documents and talking to different people on the phone. Some days we are out in the field, and other days we are stuck at our desks in the Compass complex. We try to keep our operations simple. We do not have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Most of our work comes from word of mouth. We have been in this office for a while now and we know the area well. The elevator in the building sometimes takes its time, but we do not mind the wait. It gives us a chance to chat with the others in the building. We just focus on doing a decent job and making sure the details are right. It is a straightforward way to run a business.
