Sterling Resort

Sterling Resort is run out of Thevarmadathil House. We are located on Georges Line, which is just off Cheruparambath Road in Kochi. Our mailing address goes to the Kadavanthra P.O. Being in Kochi, we deal with a lot of rain for several months of the year, which makes everything green but also a bit damp. The house itself is a traditional style building that has been around for a while. It doesn’t look like a typical corporate office from the street. It’s more like a home where we happen to run the resort business. There are trees around the property and it feels quite peaceful. We spend our time managing the bookings and talking to people who want to visit the coast. The rooms inside are simple, with plenty of shelves for our files and books. We don't have any big neon signs or anything like that. People usually find us by looking for Georges Line near the main road. The staff here is small and we all live nearby, so there is a lot of local talk about the weather and the football scores. It’s a very relaxed environment compared to the bigger cities. We just keep things moving and make sure the administrative side of the resort is handled without any big drama. It’s a straightforward way to work.
