Hotel Joys Palace

Hotel Joys Palace is a local spot located at the Peruvangal house in Methala. We are situated in the Kurpampady area of Ernakulam. Running a hotel in this part of Kerala means there is always something to do. We spend a lot of time cleaning rooms and making sure the laundry is done. It isn't a glamorous job, but someone has to do it. The building is a regular size and we have a few staff members who help keep things going. We get travelers passing through who just need a place to sleep for the night. We don't have any of those fancy automated systems. We just check people in at the desk and give them a key. Sometimes the plumbing acts up or a guest has a complaint about the noise, and we just have to deal with it as it comes. The kitchen stays busy during meal times. We aren't trying to be a five-star resort; we are just a place for people to stay while they are on the road. The area around here is mostly quiet, which is nice for the guests. We’ve been at this address for a long time and we know the local roads well. We don't use any big marketing words. It's just a business we run every day. We hope the rooms are comfortable enough and that the food is hot. That’s really all we focus on here.
