We run our operations from Vii/311-C along the Kundanoor Nh-47 Bypass in the Maradu area. It is a very busy road with a lot of heavy traffic and people traveling through at all hours. Kga Hotels Resorts Pvt. Ltd. is where we handle all the management and planning for the hospitality side of things. The office isn't actually a hotel; it’s more like the central hub where all the behind-the-scenes work happens. We have people coming in for meetings all the time, and the phones never seem to stop ringing with calls from different properties. The office gets pretty loud when everyone is trying to coordinate things at the same time. Being right near the bypass means there is always a constant hum of engines in the background. We have been based here in Maradu for a good while now. The staff is a mix of people who have been with us for a decade and a few newer faces. We don't bother with putting mission statements or fancy posters on our walls. We just focus on making sure all the resorts are running the way they are supposed to. Dealing with the hospitality industry means there is always some kind of small issue to resolve, like a room booking error or a maintenance problem. We just take it as it comes and try to stay organized. It is a lot of back-and-forth communication, but that is just how the management side of this business works.
