Skilltech Building Solutions Llp is located on the eighth floor of the Infra Futura Building, which is right on the Seaport Airport Road in Thrikkakara. It’s a bit of a climb in the elevator, but once you’re up here, it’s a good space to work. We focus on building solutions, which means we spend a lot of our time looking at blueprints and talking to contractors about how to fix problems before they happen. Being in the Kochi area, everything moves really fast. There’s a lot of new construction everywhere you look, and we’re just one small part of it. Our team is a mix of different people with different skills, but we all just work together in one big room. It’s not always quiet; there’s usually a lot of debating over how something should be done. We don’t have a fancy mission statement or anything like that. We just come in, do the work, and try to make sure things get built correctly. Some days we have to deal with a lot of stress, especially when deadlines are close, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We like being in this building because it’s central to a lot of our sites. It’s a lot of hard work, and we often stay late to finish up plans for the next day. We’re just a regular group of people trying to keep things moving forward in the construction world. It has been a long journey for us here.
