SIDDHI BUILDERS AND DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED

We are over here in Tripunithura, right on the first floor of the Uthram building in Ambily Nagar. It is a quiet enough spot most days, though Ernakulam traffic can be a real headache if you are trying to get across town for a site visit. We mostly deal with building stuff and getting things sorted for developers. There is always a lot of paperwork on the desks and phone calls to make sure the materials show up when they are supposed to. Sometimes they do, sometimes the rain slows everything down. That is just how it goes here in Kerala. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place to work and meet people who need something built. We spend a lot of time looking at blueprints or talking to the masons. It gets dusty, but that is the job. We have been in this area for a while now. You can find us near the 16/402 C door. Most of the people around here know us by now. It’s a busy life, trying to keep track of all the different parts of a construction project. We just try to get the work done without too much fuss. If the weather holds up, we get more done, but during the monsoon, we end up stuck inside more than we’d like. It’s a simple operation, really, just keeping things moving one day at a time. It’s not always easy keeping everyone on the same page, but we manage somehow.
