Shreesiddhivinayak Infra-Estate Private Limited operates out of Kunnel House which is located in Vidya Nagar. We are part of the Panampilly Nagar area in Ernakulam and it is usually a pretty busy neighborhood during the work week. Our office is not very big but it has enough room for us to manage all the estate work we handle. We have been here for a good while and have seen the area change quite a bit over the years. The walls are covered with some maps and a few calendars to keep us on track. It is a practical environment where we spend most of the day dealing with land papers and talking to clients who drop by Kunnel House. We do not really go in for much decoration or anything like that. We just have our desks and some storage for all the documents that pile up. Sometimes the printer gives us trouble and the internet can be slow but we manage to get the work done. It is a local business and we know a lot of the people around here. Most of our day is spent making calls or heading out to look at different sites across Ernakulam. We just keep things simple and try to stay organized even when things get a little chaotic during the peak season of our work. There is usually a bit of tea going around in the afternoon.
