Shelton Builders Private Limited

Shelton Builders Private Limited is based out of the Devayanam Building, right across from the GCDA Hall in Kasturba Nagar. Our door number is 60/2375. It is a decent spot in a part of town that stays pretty active. Most of the time, we are out at different work sites, but the office here is where we keep the records and handle the planning. It is not a huge place, just enough room for the desks and the files we need to keep everything organized. Construction is a messy business, but we try to keep the office side of things fairly tidy. We deal with all the usual stuff like permits, material orders, and making sure the crews know where to be. It can be a lot to keep track of, but we’ve got a system that works for us. Living and working around Kasturba Nagar means we know the local area well. We aren't trying to be some massive conglomerate; we just want to build things that stay standing and make sense for the people using them. A lot of our day is spent on the phone or looking at site plans. It’s practical work. Sometimes things go wrong on a site and we have to fix them fast. That’s just how building goes. We've been at this address for a while and like being part of the local community here. We usually have some coffee going if anyone wants to talk about a project.
