Ruhani Buildcon Private Limited is based down in Cochin, at 50/2295 B1 in the Vengutharyil Building. We are situated right on the Rob Service Road in the Edappally area. It’s a convenient spot for us to get around Ernakulam and visit our different sites. Being in Kerala, we have to plan our work around the heavy monsoon seasons, which can be a real challenge for any construction firm. Our office at Aims Po is where the planning and the paperwork happen. It’s not a very big space, but it’s enough for us to manage our daily tasks. We aren't looking to impress anyone with a fancy corporate headquarters. We’re just a group of people who enjoy the process of building things. Most of our staff are out in the field for most of the day, so the office is often just a place to touch base and handle the billing and material orders. You’ll usually find us drinking a lot of tea and talking about timelines and budgets. It’s a lot of hard work, especially with the humidity and the logistics of moving materials around the city. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep everything running smoothly. People around here know us as a straightforward outfit that just gets the job done.
