Rudramala Residency Private Limited

Rudramala Residency Private Limited is up on the second floor of Heavenly Plaza, in the GS2 unit. We are right in Kakkanad, which is a pretty busy part of Kochi these days. Working in Ernakulam means there is always a lot of noise and traffic outside our windows. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place for us to coordinate our residency projects. We have been here for a bit now and have seen the area change quite a lot. Most of our work involves managing residential spaces and making sure everything runs okay for the people living there. It’s a lot of phone calls and fixing small problems that pop up. We aren't a massive firm. It’s just a handful of us trying to keep things organized. Sometimes the elevator in the plaza acts up or the parking is full, but we make it work. We don't use a lot of fancy corporate talk. We just tell people what we can do and then we try to do it. It’s a practical business and we deal with real-world issues every day. Whether it's plumbing or paperwork, someone from our small team is usually on it. We like being in Kakkanad because it’s close to everything we need. It’s just a normal job for us. We enjoy meeting the different people who move into the residences we manage.
