ROOPAM ENGINEERS AND CONTRACTORS PRIVATE LIMITED

Roopam Engineers and Contractors is based in the Parekattil Building. We are located at No.VIII/129, right at the Cochin Bank Junction in Aluva. It is a very busy area because of NAD Road and the local traffic coming through Asokapuram. Our office is a functional space that has seen many years of work. We handle various engineering tasks and take on contracting jobs across the Ernakulam district. The building itself is older, which we don't mind at all. It has a lot of character and it puts us right in the middle of everything. We spend our time looking over site plans and dealing with the logistics of construction. There are always people coming in and out of the office, usually with some urgent problem to solve or a new plan to discuss. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea, and that is usually the center of our office life. We aren't interested in being a giant corporation. We just want to do our engineering work and keep our clients happy. Aluva is a great place to be because everything is accessible. Sometimes the noise from the junction is a bit much, but you get used to it after a while. Our desks are usually piled high with folders and technical guides. It is a working office in every sense of the word. We have been here for a long time and plan to stay for many more years, doing what we do.
