Rim Projects Private Limited is based over on Karunalayam Road in Aluva. We are right near the YWCA, so people usually find us without too much trouble. Our address is 12/372-2 in the Periyar Nagar area. It’s a decent place to work from, especially being so close to the river and the main parts of Ernakulam. We’ve been involved in various projects around here for a while. It’s not always glamorous work, often involving a lot of coordination and dealing with local regulations. We have a small office where we keep our plans and records. We aren't a big, polished company with a lot of staff. It’s mostly just a handful of us making sure things move forward. We take on what we can handle and try to do a solid job each time. Sometimes the monsoon seasons slow us down, but we just pick up where we left off once the rain stops. Everyone in the office is from the Aluva area, so we have a good feel for the local community. We don't go in for big speeches or promotional stuff. We just put in the hours and keep the projects on track as best as we can. It’s a modest setup but it works for what we need to do. If you walk down Periyar Nagar, you’ll see our small sign on the road. We don't have many employees, just a few people who know how to get things moving.
