Rephaiah Projects Private Limited is run out of Manath Thoppil in Thrikkakara. We are located at VII 632-3 in Ernakulam. It’s a busy part of the world to be in, but we’ve found our rhythm here. We’ve been working on various projects for some time, mostly staying within the local district. The office isn't anything fancy, just a room where we keep our files and meet to talk about the week ahead. We aren't corporate types who wear ties or use a lot of jargon. We just talk like regular people and do the work that needs doing. Thrikkakara has grown a lot since we started, and it’s been interesting to see all the new buildings go up around us. We have a small team of dedicated people who don't mind putting in long hours. Sometimes the deadlines are tight and things get a bit stressful, but we usually manage to get through it. We don't have a big mission statement or anything like that. Our goal is just to finish the job and move on to the next one without any unnecessary drama. Being in Ernakulam means we are close to everything we need, which helps when we need to grab supplies or meet a client. It’s a straightforward life and we’re happy to be doing what we’re doing. We just keep our heads down and stay focused on the task at hand. It takes a lot of effort to keep things on track.
