You will find us on the first floor of the Ppjc Towers. It’s located on Kalavathu Road in the Palarivattom area of Kochi. This part of Kerala is always humid and the traffic on the main roads can be a bit of a nightmare during peak hours. We have a few rooms set up for different classes and the office is right there when you walk in. It’s a professional environment but it feels lived-in. There are posters on the doors and stacks of brochures on the front desk that nobody ever seems to tidy up perfectly. Students come here for various courses, usually looking to improve their chances of finding a decent job. We see a lot of young people who are quite worried about their futures. The staff drinks a lot of tea while handling admissions and answering the same questions over the phone. Being in a tower building means we share the space with other offices, so there’s a lot of foot traffic in the hallways. The air conditioning is usually running full blast to keep the Kochi heat away. We don’t have a big campus or anything, just these rooms on the first floor where people come to study. It’s a practical setup for people living in the city. We just open up in the morning, turn on the lights, and wait for the students to arrive. It’s a straightforward way to run things and it works for us.
